One way is to realize that being angry is robbing you! It robs you of happiness. It robs you of simple joys. It robs you of a positive attitude. It robs you of peace and contentment.
Once you realize that holding on to anger does not serve you, it is easier to let it go. It’s okay to feel the anger. Acknowledge it. Then let it go.
Remember that holding on to anger doesn’t serve your best interests.
